The snow is slowly melting but we still have a ton of it on the ground. The temps. have reached 50 degrees the last couple of days, can't wait for spring to be here in full bloom....
Just ordered a software program to manage our farm. Looking forward to getting it and be able to keep everything organized..

- We have been working very hard for a very long time studying Goats, especially Boer Goats. Johnny and I ( Dawn) have retired from our careers this past summer (2009) and moved to our farm. Now we are looking forward to living a new lifestyle. Our farm started as "a little cabin in the woods" with nothing, no electric, no water, no bathroom, no kitchen, not even a path to the door. Now 10 years later and ALOT OF WORK, we've moved in full time and are starting our farm!!! We are finally getting close to the time we will be building our Barn and then will be able to purchase our goats. We are always very happy to meet new goat friends and talk goat!!!
